I was lucky enough to win second prize in a greetings card competion at uni. The prize was two weeks works experience at Hallmark.
Here i experienced a wide range of different job roles within the Creative Team and was able to illustrate, design and make my own card collection.
My collection is inspired by nature, afternoon teas, and beautiful boutique objects.
These are my first designs, with my own illustrations.
I wanted to experiment with colour and textured backgrounds.
These are my five final cards, i used flitter and foils to give them a high quality finish, and developed the design using photoshop.
I also added ribbons and tags to the cards, making them that little bit more special, and i really enjoyed creating the inside of the cards. It really finished them off.
