I've had a nice afternoon making a victoria sponge cake :) but I feel a bit sick now to be honest after licking the bowl, spoon and eating half a bowl of whipped cream! So the tasting will just have to wait until later!

Tom's 24th at the Paralympic Games!

 

Hi everyone! I've had the most amazing weekend watching the London 2010 Paralympic Games !

The atmosphere was so amazing! I loved every second of it and as it was Toms 24th birthday it made it even more special for us.
